How to Convert/Export EML files
Follow the given steps to perform EML file Conversion
Download SysInspire EML Converter Wizard and install it on your windows installed computer.
Step-1: Launch the EML Converter application & press the "Select EML Folder" button from the toolbar-
Step-2: The software will now open a new window to choose the EML/EMLX folder by Clicking on "Select EML Folder" then click on "Next"
Step-3: Software will now start the scanning process and load all folders email items on your screen-
Step-4: Extract the EML folders and checkout the preview of all email items. Select the required items go for the next steps.
Select the emails and see the preview of email messages on software screen
Conversion Options-

Convert EML files to PST Format in easy steps.
After applying the above mentioned four steps, Click on "Convert EML" button from the menu bar and go for next steps-
All conversion options will now appear on software screen to Convert EML files, choose as per your requirement-
- Export to PST- Export all EML files/folders in single PST file to open email items with Outlook. and also protect them with password while saving
- Export to MSG- Convert EML to MSG file for single email conversion.
- EML to EMLX- Easily Convert EML to EMLX files for transferring email items in MACOSX.
- Export in HTML- Convert EML to HTML file format to open emails with web browsers like- chrome, firefox, etc.
- Convert in MHTML- To perform EML to MHTML file Conversion.
- Export in MBOX- Software offers two different options to convert EML folder in MBOX format.
- Create single MBOX file for all EML folders
- Create separate MBOX file for every folder.
- Export in NSF (Lotus Notes)- Export EML folders in NSF file format to use them with IBM Lotus Notes Application.
Choose file format from the provided conversion options as per your requirement.
Mail Filtering: Select emails by date range for EML conversion and Export only required items to desired format by "Mail Filtering" option.
File Naming: Choose a naming convention option from the pre-determined list save file with desired naming format after single email conversion.
Select file saving location by hiting the "Browse" button
Click on the "Convert" button to start EMl file conversion task.
After conversion, software will show you a confirmation message like this-
EML to Office 365 Migration process.
Press the " Office365" button from the tool bar-
Enter the Login details of your Office 365 account-
After this, click on the "Convert" button to start the EML to Office 365 Migration process.
After completing the migration task, the software will show you a completing status like this-
EML to Gmail Migration.
Export EML emails to Gmail Account:-
Click on the "Gmail" button from the menu bar-
Login with your gmail account by entering your login credential in respective fields-
Now press the "Import to Gmail" button to start the MBOX to Gmail Migration task.
Software will show a confirmation dialog box after completing EML to Gmail migartion task-
