How to Extract Email Attachment & Address of EML file?
Follow these given steps, to easily Extract EML Email Attachments & Address:-
Firstly, Download & Install EML Attachment extractor Tool to a Windows-based Machine.
Step-2: Add EML folder's location by pressing the Select EML folder button & hit the Next button.
Step-3: Load all email files from the EML folders and get a preview of entire emails.
Get the preview of all emails from EML files and then follow the steps mentioned below to extract email address and Attachments from EML files:-
Load EML files/folder by applying above given steps, then follow the steps show below:-
Step-4: Choose required EML folders/subfolders & then hit the Extract Attachments button from menubar:-
After this the software will open a new window with multiple options.-
- Saving Location- To select a location for saving all the extracted attachments of EML files
- Extract Type- If a user want to extract attachments from EML files they have select the Extract Attachment option from this section
- Attachment Options-
- Extract All Attachments:- Use this option to extract all type of attachments from entire EML files in a single process. (User can save all extracted attachments to a single folder as well as create separate folder to save email attachment individually.)
- Extract Attachment of specific file extension:- Use it to extract attachments of any specific file type/extension at a particular time.
- Naming Convention- Save output attachments files by naming them with from/subject and date format combinations.
- Mail Filter- Extract attachments from emails of specific dates by selecting a Start & End Date of emails.
Step-5: Choose and Apply required options, then simply click on "Convert" to start the Attachments Extraction process from EML files
Add EML folders by following next steps given below:-
Step-4: Select EML folders & then hit the Extract Email Address button from the top menu:-
Software will open a new screen with different options:-
- Saving Location- Select a location to save resultant TXT files with all email addresses of EML files.
- Email Filter Criteria-Select required fields of email address such as- TO, CC, BCC, From. Also, a user can extract all fields of email addresses in single process.
- Mail Filter- Use this Mail filter option and extract email address from emails of some specific dates.
Step-5: Select all required options and click the "Convert"button and begin the process of Email Address Extraction from EML files
