Convert Single Or Multiple vCard/VCF Contact file into PST, CSV & MSG files.

Step-1) Download & Run SysInspire vCard Converter on your windows based computer.

Next, select the "Convert vCard" from the first screen of the software and hit the "Next" button.

Step-2) Select an option for vCard file selection:-

vCard File Mode:- Add Single vCard file in the software for Conversion
vCard Folder Mode:- Add a Folder containing several vCard/VCF files

After vCard file/folder mode selection add vCard file from its location and click the Next button.

Step-3) Select needed vCard folders and select a conversion format from the options:-

Export Into PST:- Import all vCard file contacts and vCard folders/sub-folders to single PST file
Export to CSV File(Folder-Wise):- Create separate CSV file to save each vCard folder contacts
Export to CSV File(Single File):- Save all vCard file/folders contacts to single CSV file
Export to MSG file:- Save each vCard contact to separate Outlook MSG file

Step-4) Next, select a resultant files "Saving location" and then press the Convert vCard button.

Step-5) vCard Converter tool will now start the process of exporting contacts from vCard to selected file type.

Step-6) After conversion completion, vCard converter will display a new window, with a Message "Conversion process completed successfully".

Combine/Merge Several vCard files to single VCF file.

Step-1) Run SysInspire vCard Merger on your computer.

Next, select the "Merge vCard" option from the first screen of the software and click on "Next".

Step-2) Select an option for vCard files selection:-

Select Multiple VCF files:- Add vCard files in the softwatre, one by one or in bulk
vCard Folder Mode:- Select a folder containing several vCard/VCF file

Step-3) Load all vCard/VCF files in the software, and select a location for saving resultant file.

Next, press the "Merge vCard" to start the process of merging vCard files.

Step-4) After vCard file merging process completion, the software show new window with a message "Your select vCard Merged into Single VCF file".

Split Large vCard into Several Small VCF files.

Step-1) Launch SysInspire vCard splitter on your computer.

From the first screen of the software, select the "Split vCard" radio button and hit the "Next" button.

Step-2) Select the required option for splitting vCard files:-

Source File:- Select a source location and add vCard/VCF file for splitting.
Destination:- Choose a location your local drive to save the output/resultant files.

After both selections, click the "Split vCard" button.

Step-3) vCard Splitter will now start the process of splitting vCard files.

Step-4) After splitting process completion, user will see a comfirmation message "Your vCard file successfully splitted".
